By using sorryjusthumans.com ("the Site") or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Services

Sorry, Just Humans provides DOT compliance consulting services at $95 per hour. Consultations are scheduled in 1-hour blocks. We provide guidance and support but are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Booking and Cancellation

  • Bookings require at least 24 hours advance notice
  • Consultations are available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm MST
  • To reschedule or cancel, call (303) 720-3031 at least 24 hours before your appointment
  • No-shows may be charged for the scheduled time

Payment

Payment terms are discussed during or after consultation. We do not collect payment through the website. Rates are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer

Our consulting services are provided on an informational basis. We are not attorneys, and nothing we provide constitutes legal advice. We make no guarantees about regulatory outcomes, audit results, or compliance determinations. You are responsible for your own compliance decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Sorry, Just Humans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific consultation at issue.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Adams County, Colorado.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
